Company History

Ron Barringer moved to New Smyrna Beach, FL in 1980 and has been involved in the construction business ever since. The Barrington name is associated with quality and integrity spanning more than two and a half decades. Ron began in the residential and remodeling segments of the industry. Since that time, he has a built a reputation based on integrity and fairness in both the residential and commercial segments of the industry.

In the early 2000’s Luke Barringer, Ron’s son decided to join the company. Although he had grown up around the family business and knew the industry well, he began learning from the ground up. “A job worth doing, is a job worth doing right!” Ron instilled in Luke, “The first time”. Follow in his father’s footsteps, Luke earned his certification as Florida State Building Contractor in 2005. His license number is CBC1253694.

As the business enters a new phase of growth, Adam Barringer, Ron’s other son, has joined the company to oversee strategic development and marketing initiatives. Over the years, Barringer Construction, Inc. has continued a steady rise to become one of the most highly respected building contractors in East Volusia County. The secret to our success is simple.
